In order to present at the conference delegates will have to pay the regular in-person conference registration fee. If it is a student is presenting they pay the student in-person conference registration fee.
There are some limited places for live remote presentations in the main two spaces, and in other workshops filmed presentations can be included. Please contact us if you wish to present remotely. These registration fees include live streaming access for those presenters who cannot attend the conference in person.
In-Person Conference
The In-Person Conference will be held with full compliance with an approved COVID-Safe Risk Assessment and delegates informed of it before the event.
Included are tea and coffee breaks, lunch on two days and the evening reception on 5th September in the Great Hall and Library at RCPE.
Student registration will be for Bachelor and Masters students only and attendance will depend on proof of student status at the venue.

Online Conference – Live Streamed Event
If you are unable to attend in person, then you will still be able to join us live for the conference online via RCPE live.

In exceptional circumstances people will be allowed to have their papers included as ‘Non-Attending Authors’ if they are unable to present. In this case a £200 NAA Fee can be arranged. Online access will be included to watch the conference.
